NexTrium Is Hiring. Here Is Why You Should Care.

NexTrium began as NexTrend Group, a community of builders and researchers working on real technology problems across Nigerian and African markets. Before we became a formally incorporated company, that community had already produced real outcomes, events that brought together hundreds of Cardano ecosystem participants, governance workshops that trained active on-chain Cardano DReps, and a months-long action-learning program that paired builders with real communities to produce ground-truth research and working products, including AgriDatum, an agricultural data initiative built directly with farmers in Akwa Ibom State, and TechKR, a skills marketplace for workers often excluded from formal platforms.

In April 2026, we incorporated as NexTrium Global Innovations Ltd. To give that work a structure that could carry real partnerships, sustained product development, and long-term accountability. Since then, we have been building Zivana Protocol, an open trust infrastructure protocol for the African informal economy, and Sovela, the application that demonstrates what that infrastructure looks like in practice. Our team has also delivered a fully completed DeepFunding research grant within the SingularityNET ecosystem, taking a decentralized AI and IoT energy optimization system from a feasibility study to a real pilot deployment across three Nigerian homes, achieving 25.4 percent average energy savings and 94.6 percent predictive accuracy.

We are a small, pre-revenue team. We are honest about that. What we offer instead of a salary today is real ownership of real work, every contribution is tracked, verified, and recorded, and early contributors are first in line when the company reaches a funding or revenue milestone.
